If a 'just culture' was the way to success, it would have naturally evolved instead of...well...what it is trying to replace! Clearly logic would prove that to make money and succeed in most businesses, there is limited room for movement and acting on whims of workers...those who disagree, clearly have not run a kitchen! Safety Cynic - I am not even sure mother nature is one of making just cultures.
